Welcome to the College of General Studies at Indiana Tech. The College of General Studies provides all of the general education courses that round out your professional degree - courses in English, math, humanities, sciences, and social sciences. We also offer a number of exciting professional programs including: Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation Management, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Communication, and Psychology. Recently, we added two new major programs - Elementary Education and Physical Education. And, each of our programs includes an internship and field experience to provide you with the all important practical experience employers seek.
If you are not sure what career you would like to pursue, we offer an Exploratory Track which allows you to complete the basic general education courses, complete some entry level professional classes, and take the time you need to explore what is the best degree program for you.
