WELCOME
Hi. My name is Norma Friedman. I have been at Indiana Tech for over 26 years teaching, developing new programs and curricula for the day and evening divisions in business and social sciences. I also write grants for Indiana Tech. I also serve as the Faculty Representative to the Board of Trustees.
During the course of my academic career I studied and taught at many institutions. I can truly say that Indiana Tech is one of the most remarkable universities I have ever encountered. The small classes, dedicated faculty, enthusiastic staff, outstanding board of trustees and dynamic, forward thinking president make this institution one of the most exciting educational institutions in the country.
One of my most gratifying activities at Tech is serving as liaison to the East Central Neighborhood Association. The East Central neighborhood is the geographical designation of the community in which Tech resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The university and the neighborhood are working together develop an exciting location for both residents and students.
In my spare time I have an active consulting practice working with organizations to develop leadership skills of managers and to develop strategic planning for boards of directors and corporations.
